Lynne has been coming weekly to do Finns Reiki for over a month now and I can really see a difference in his emotions. As a pony who is spooky, always on edge, quite anxious and lacks confidence, the Reiki has really helped to relax him and help him manage his emotions better. Finn absolutely loves his reiki sessions, falling asleep after his sessions and even standing ready for Lynne as soon as she arrives, and forcing his head into her hands so he can begin his session sooner!

I can’t recommend Lynne enough to anyone looking for reiki sessions for their horses/pony. It’s been so lovely to see Finn go through his reiki journey and I’m looking forward to seeing more improvements.

My horse Archie had endured quite a lot of change, which, given he is naturally very sensitive and a little anxious, was starting to show through his behaviour and I decided to try a more holistic treatment and contacted Lynne at RHT. After his very first treatment, he was visually a lot more relaxed and when I saw him immediately afterwards he was falling asleep! Lynne has now been coming to treat Archie on a regular basis, and he loves it!

Unfortunately, Archie suffered a tear to his lateral tendon and although a particualry long healing process, I feel he is benefiting from his regular Reiki sessions and the Vet is certainly very pleased with his progress and has commented that he seems to be improving quicker than originally anticipated.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lynne – highly!

Lynne is my next-door neighbour’s daughter, she asked me if could practice her Reiki on my horse Sevi. I am quite open minded about alternative treatments, so I agreed.

We agreed an appointment, Lynne duly came and was introduced to Sevi, he is a real people horse, obviously looking for treats. Whilst I expected him to take to Lynne (he’s a lady’s man) right from the start he was very affectionate to her, not unexpected but when he started to follow her around the stable it was more than just treats he was looking for! Lynne started her Reiki on Sevi and he quickly relaxed into it closing his eyes and generally looking very relaxed.

Lynne said she felt heat in his left shoulder, yes, I said, he has arthritis in that shoulder. I can assure you Lynne had no prior knowledge of this affliction for which he has a daily dose of Bute. Lynne continued working on him and came to his left hip, she advised that there was a lot of heat coming from it, at which point she took her hands away and Sevi then circled her, placing his left hip back at her. He did this a number of times before eventually settling. A couple of months later I had Sevi’s regular physio visit not much was found but surprisingly she said that his left hip was locked, which was blocking him his back from flexing well. This must have been what Lynne was feeling, it was too much of a coincidence. Lynne does not know my horse physio, nor my horse physio know of Lynne.

Lynne visited a couple of other horses on the yard, none of which either I knew (being a new yard to me) or that Lynne knew, Lynne came up with some surprising connections which she could have had no knowledge of!

As I said I am open minded, but Lynne does seem to pick up on issues both known and unknown, Lynne seems to have a skill and passion in her Reiki. I would add that she is certainly worth a try.

I had laryngitis caused by a virus that lasted for 7 weeks. The doctor advised me to stop talking but still there was little improvement. I went for Reiki therapy at Lynne’s premises and left with my voice fully restored. This was two weeks ago and my voice is still normal.

I also have lumbar scoliosis which causes chronic pain and I tend to lean forward. Lynne corrects this posture and therefore helps to relieve the pain without actually touching my back, this needs to be ongoing. I don’t fully understand how Reiki works but I feel very grateful to Lynne for the help she is giving me.

The ambiance in the treatment room is very restful and the treatment bed can be heated if required for maximum relaxation. I leave feeling completely relaxed and emotionally lifted. Lynne is caring and professional and I dont hesitate to recommend her treatments.
