The initial Reiki consultation is designed to introduce you to this gentle and non invasive healing modality in a tranquil and relaxing setting. The session lasts approximately 90 minutes, offering ample time to discuss your needs and to experience a full Reiki treatment. During your initial confidential consultation, a comprehensive case history will be taken, including information about your medical background, current symptoms, mental and emotional well-being, and your intentions or goals for Reiki. Together, we explore how energy healing may support your unique needs, ensuring that your treatment is tailored to facilitate optimal relaxation, balance, and overall wellness.

Each treatment is an opportunity to build upon the previous session beginning with a conversation to discuss any amelioration or changes in presenting symptoms. Changes may include physical sensations, emotional shifts, sleep patterns, levels of stress or anxiety, or any other relevant observations. These observations help to track progress and tailor ongoing treatments to the client’s unique path. Beyond specific symptoms, the practitioner will inquire about the client’s overall well-being.
This general overview provides context for the energy work to follow. The conversation moves toward setting intentions. The client may wish to focus on a particular area, such as reducing anxiety, supporting physical healing, or cultivating inner peace.
